Add a friend and start a co-op room
- Both players open this site’s game with online account services available. No manual registration is required.
- Open Friends and share the exact public nickname shown there. A Google email or a nickname from the original site is not this friend identifier.
- Send a friend request and have the other player accept it.
- When the friend is online and available, choose Invite. The host creates or uses a room, and the friend accepts the room invitation.
- Choose an owned Pokémon in the lobby and wait for peer connection status.
- The host starts once at least two members are present and none are still connecting or failed. A room holds at most four players total.
The host’s start button is intentionally unavailable while a required connection has not completed. Joining the member list alone is not proof that the browsers can exchange game data.
Understand Connected, Connecting and Failed
| State | Meaning | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Connected | The peer data connection is available | Wait for the host to start |
| Connected via server | A configured relay carries that peer connection | Wait for the host to start |
| Connecting | Browsers are still negotiating the data connection | Keep both game tabs open and the network available |
| Failed / retrying | The current network pair cannot establish the required connection | Try another Wi-Fi or mobile-data network and let it retry |
Direct browser-to-browser connections work when both networks permit them. The TURN relay for this site is still being configured. Some restrictive network pairs therefore cannot connect yet. The game includes up to four-player support; unrestricted cross-network and full four-player operation are not claimed as verified on this host.
If co-op will not connect or start
- Confirm that both players are using survivorpoke.com accounts and the correct nicknames.
- Check that the friend request was accepted and the room invitation was accepted.
- Return both players to the lobby rather than leaving one in another active run.
- Keep the game tabs visible and allow the connection time to complete.
- If the status fails, try a different Wi-Fi or mobile network. A restrictive firewall, VPN or private network can block direct peer traffic.
- Have the host check every member’s connection state; a connecting or failed member keeps the start button disabled.
Refreshing ends a live battle and can disconnect the party. Keep your saved account session; changing or deleting an account does not repair a blocked peer connection.
Public nicknames, IP addresses and group scores
Friends, room invitations and public profiles use your game nickname. A direct peer connection can expose each browser’s network address to the other players, so choose teammates you trust. This is separate from a public Google email, which the game does not display.
The host submits an eligible completed group run of at least 60 seconds. Group rankings are separate from Solo rankings; read leaderboard rules if a team result is missing from the selected board.
